These Terms of Service govern your use of roadtripmushroomstore.com and purchases from Road Trip Mushroom Store (“we” or “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal adult age (18+, or 19+ in jurisdictions where required) to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you are. We may refuse or cancel orders where eligibility is in doubt, in which case you’ll be refunded in full.
2. Our products & legal status
Our products are formulated without psilocybin or any controlled or restricted substance, which is what makes them legal to sell and ship to the jurisdictions we serve. “Legal” does not mean “recommended for everyone”: our products are consumable goods with instructions on the label. Follow them. If you’re pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or taking medication, consult a healthcare provider before use. Nothing we publish is medical advice.
3. Orders, prices & payment
- Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees; shipping is shown at checkout per our shipping policy.
- We may correct pricing errors before shipment; if a price changes, you’ll be notified and may cancel for a full refund.
- Payment is authorized when the order is placed and captured on shipment.
4. Shipping & delivery
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, subject to our damage-in-transit policy (photos within 48 hours). We ship to jurisdictions where our products are lawful; we may restrict specific items where a carrier prohibits them, with notice at checkout.
5. Returns & refunds
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened consumable products are non-returnable. Unopened, undamaged product may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus shipping, at our discretion. 6. Promotions
Offers such as Buy 3, Get 1 Free are always on and applied automatically as described; we may modify or retire an offer with reasonable notice but will never retroactively change an offer you’ve already had applied to an order.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s content, branding, and product formulations are ours. You may link to us; you may not copy our content wholesale or misrepresent our products.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for misuse, for results that vary by individual (all experiences are individual), or for events outside our control.
9. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Before any lawsuit, we’ll make a genuine effort to resolve disputes by email within 30 days — most never get past that step.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated where feasible.
