Use the My Account link in the store header. If you checked out as a guest, you can still look up orders: email [email protected] with the email you ordered with, and we’ll pull it up (or help you create an account tied to past orders so tracking is one click forever).
What you can manage
- Orders & tracking: every order, its status, and its tracking link — right from the account dashboard.
- Reordering: one-click reorder on any past order. Same cart, same address, new cooler.
- Address & contact details: update your shipping address so the next trip hits the right door.
- Marketing preferences: opt in or out of emails at any time (or from the link in any email).
Recurring orders
Our Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer makes restocking easy on demand — if you’re a seasonal buyer (summer road trips, festival runs), a simple pattern works: three pouches when the season starts, a sample bundle for new flavors, and the free 4th pouch every time.
