Allergy Warning & Ingredient Sensitivities

Please read this page before your first order. Our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens, and our gummies contain ingredients that specific sensitivities require you to know about.

Allergen statement

  • Facility allergens: our manufacturing facility processes milk, soy, and wheat products. While our gummy and chocolate lines are formulated to be free of each allergen noted on their labels, cross-contact controls do not make a “free from” guarantee for severe allergies.
  • Gummies: contain fruit extracts, natural flavors, and a gelling base. No gluten in the gummy formula; check individual labels for updates.
  • Chocolate bars: contain milk chocolate in three of four flavors (Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Crunch, Milk Chocolate). The Dark Chocolate Orange bar is dairy-free by formulation but produced in a milk-handling facility.

Latex sensitivity notice

Some of our gummy and chocolate products may contain natural rubber latex-derived components used in certain packaging or processing stages. If you have a known latex allergy or sensitivity, please review the specific product label on receipt before use, or contact us at [email protected] with the product name — we’ll confirm the exact status for that SKU before you rely on it.

Mushroom sensitivity

Our products are mushroom-derived. If you have a known allergy to mushrooms, molds, or fungal proteins, treat these products with the same caution — talk to your healthcare provider first. “Legal” describes the formula; it is not medical advice.

The general rule we follow

Every label is updated whenever a formula changes, and batch records are kept so we can tell you exactly what was in any pouch you’ve bought. If you’re unsure about anything — an ingredient, a cross-contact question, a latex concern — message us before your first dose. That’s what we’re here for.

For dosing and interaction questions, see the FAQ; for what’s in every batch, see the lab reports page.
